Martin has over 26 years of experience in Financial Markets having held senior leadership roles across 3 different continents . He also boasts entrepreneurial experience having set up and run a corporate in the financial sector. Martin’s career has spanned roles in both the buy and the sell side – most recently as Managing Director Institutional at Merian Global Investors. Prior to that Martin was Citigroup’s Global Head of Capital Introductions where he led a team of 15+ investment professionals in multiple locations, focusing on Hedge Funds and other Alternative strategies. Working in Europe, AsiaPac and Latin America, allowed Martin to develop an extensive network amongst Investors, including some the world’s preeminent Pension Funds, Sovereigns, Foundations, Endowments and Family offices. Conservatively over the course of his career to date, Martin has facilitated the raise of >$50bn in assets across a broad spectrum of global capital markets.
Martin did his undergraduate studies in Economics in Argentina and holds a MBA from the Ecole des Ponts et Chausees in Paris.
Justin has worked in both private and public markets throughout his career . Beginning with early-stage companies in the oil & gas, mining & exploration and industrial sectors. Advising on a broad range of corporate finance matters, including initial and secondary offerings, debt raising, mergers & acquisitions and takeovers. Originating private placement and co-investment opportunities across sectors and capital structures for impact-style investments, throughout Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa for the CIO of Shinsei Bank (Tokyo). He has been a Strategist with several asset managers including UBS (Zurich) and Old Mutual (London). Undertaking financial due diligence on corporates evolving from the megatrends which led to ESG and sustainability becoming so integral to capital formation for future generations. These experiences earned him trusted ties with a network of institutions, family offices and UHNMW investors globally.
Justin holds a BA (Hons) from Queen’s University Belfast, LL.B (Hons)from Durham University . He is a qualified Barrister.
Paul has over 30 years financial services experience, in leading investment banks and more recently in asset management.
For the last 4 years Paul has been CEO of Quilter Investors in the UK, the asset management arm of Old Mutual PLC, running $30B of mixed assets solutions for clients. He has 10 years of Board and governance experience.
Paul has credibility in growing businesses, having been central to growing his previous company from $5B AUM to $50B+ and his current business from 35 to 100 employees with a substantial increased footprint.
Paul has extensive experience in financial management, capital adequacy, liquidity and stress testing. His recent corporate finance experience includes a $3B IPO and a $1B MBO.
Paul has a first degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Bradford..
